User Interface (UI) Design

User interface or "user interface" (UI), as we like to call it, is the planning and technical implementation of graphic elements needed to create electronic applications, such as forms, web applications, and the like...

It can be static or dynamic, meaning we predict in advance the shape of the pop-up elements according to the user's activity. It contains the definition of, for example, the background, colors, the shape of buttons, menus, etc., and their mutual relationship, which should be as logical and intuitive as possible.

The most important thing is a thorough and consistent analysis of how the application should work. Graphical interface design is not just a visual embodiment of a functionality, but also includes an analysis of user behavior and navigation logic. In short, ergonomics.

Accordingly, it is necessary to adjust the hierarchy and visibility of elements to achieve the best user experience. Probably no one wants an application that we have been developing for years to be rejected by users because it is "clunky".

It is usually made in the form of a visual layout. It is necessary to foresee all possible situations and forms of pop-up windows, which programmers then use in their work. It also contains separate graphic elements in several image formats for easier implementation and use.

UX design refers to the term “user experience design,” while UI stands for “user interface design.” Both elements are crucial for an effective website or application and are closely related. But despite their professional relationship, they are themselves roles are quite different and they refer to very different aspects of the website development process and design discipline.

A user experience designer thinks about, how the user feels because of the experience and how easy it is for the user to complete their desired tasks. It also observes and performs task analysis to see how users actually complete tasks in the user process.

For example:

• How easy is the online shopping process and where are things not logical?
• How easy is it for you to grip this vegetable peeler?
• Does your online banking application make it easier for you to manage your money, or does it make it more difficult due to inappropriate and illogically placed elements?

The ultimate purpose of user experience design is to create a simple, effective, relevant, and versatile a pleasant experience for the user to be able to use the website, application or form in the most efficient and logical way possible.
